Welcome to Oh My Look (the "App"), a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to provide virtual try-on experiences and outfit recommendations. Your privacy is important to us.   • Clothing Images: We collect photos of clothing items you upload to build your digital wardrobe.
  • Style Preferences: Information about your preferred styles, colors, occasions, and seasons for outfit recommendations.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: Device type, model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Device Tokens: Push notification tokens (Apple Push Notification service for iOS, Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android) to send you notifications about your generated content.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used, time spent, generation requests, and engagement with recommendations.
  • App Version: The version of the App you are using.

2.3 Billing and Payment Information

  • Subscription Data: Information about your subscription plan, billing cycle, credit balance, and usage history.
  • Transaction Records: Records of purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play, including transaction IDs and purchase dates. Note: We do not directly collect or store your payment card information; all payments are processed securely by Apple or Google.

2.4 AI-Generated Content

  • Generated Looks: Images created by our AI showing you wearing different clothing items.
  • Generated Videos: Videos created by our AI showing outfit presentations.
  • Processing Metadata: Technical data about AI generation requests, including status, timestamps, and quality metrics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

3.1 Core Service Functionality

  • Virtual Try-On: Processing your body images and clothing photos through our AI systems to generate realistic outfit visualizations.
  • Outfit Recommendations: Analyzing your wardrobe, preferences, and calendar to suggest outfits.
  • Wardrobe Management: Storing and organizing your clothing items digitally.
  • Content Generation: Creating looks and videos based on your uploaded content.

  • Processing and managing your subscription and credits.

3.3 Service Improvement and Quality Assurance

  • Quality Control: Authorized employees may review generated content (looks and videos) to ensure AI quality, detect technical issues, and improve our algorithms. This review is limited to employees with specific permissions and legitimate business needs.
  • Technical Monitoring: Monitoring generation performance, failure rates, and system health.
  • Service Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to enhance features and user experience.

3.4 Communications

  • Sending push notifications about completed generations and service updates.
  • Responding to your inquiries and support requests.
  • Sending promotional communications (with your consent, and you may opt out at any time).

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with the following categories of third-party service providers who help us operate our service. We do not sell your personal information.

4.1 AI and Image Processing Providers

  • Replicate: We use Replicate's AI models for virtual try-on generation, background removal, clothing segmentation, and video creation. Your body images and clothing photos are sent to Replicate's servers for processing.
  • Google Gemini: We use Google's Gemini AI for image analysis, clothing item classification, and generating detailed descriptions of your clothing.
  • Google Cloud Vision: We use Google Cloud Vision API for image labeling and content analysis.

4.2 Cloud Infrastructure and Storage

  • Google Cloud Platform / Firebase: We use Google Cloud for hosting our servers, databases, user authentication, and file storage.
  • Cloudinary: We use Cloudinary for image storage, optimization, and delivery.

4.3 Payment Processors

  • Apple App Store: Processes iOS in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • Google Play: Processes Android in-app purchases and subscriptions.

4.4 Analytics and Monitoring

  • We may use analytics services to understand how users interact with our App and to improve our services.

5. Staff Access to User Content

To ensure the quality of our AI-generated content and the proper functioning of our service, authorized employees may access and review user-uploaded images and AI-generated content. This access is:

  • Limited: Only employees with specific permissions and a legitimate business need can access this content.
  • Purposeful: Access is limited to quality assurance, technical troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
  • Logged: Access to user content is monitored and logged for accountability.
  • Confidential: Employees are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding user data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

  • Images and Generated Content: Retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after account deletion to allow for account recovery.
  • Billing and Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years to comply with legal and tax obligations.
  • Usage Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for troubleshooting and analytics purposes.
  • Push Notification Tokens: Deactivated tokens are cleaned up after 90 days of inactivity.

After deletion, your information may be retained in our backup systems for a limited period before being permanently removed.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our servers and third-party service providers are located. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of material changes by:
